Orders placed on our US website are shipped from our warehouse in Georgia, while all other orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Our standard shipping option is DHL for the Netherlands and the US, while it's Deutsche Post for all other countries. The delivery time is always counted from when the order is shipped from our warehouse

Please keep in mind that these are estimates and the exact delivery time depends on the local postal service in your country. During sales and the holiday season (November/December) delivery times can be longer than stated below.

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Deutsche Post:

Click here and enter the tracking number. Once you press the "Search" button, you will get the status of your parcel. You can also track the parcel on the website of your local postal service.

If your parcel is small it should be delivered directly to your mailbox, otherwise it will be delivered to a local postal service pickup point and you will then be informed of how to pick it up. Should you have questions regarding your delivery, please contact your local postal office.

DHL (within the EU):

You can track your order here. Another way to track your order is through the email/sms that you'll receive from DHL after your parcel has left the warehouse. DHL can either deliver directly to your home (excluding Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden) or to a DHL service point (excluding Ireland and Italy).

DHL (within the US):

All orders placed on the US website are shipped with DHL and you can track your order here. Note that the final leg of the delivery is carried out by USPS, so you can track your parcel on the USPS website as well.

Orders shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands to countries outside of the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duty and fees, which are levied once your package reaches your country (not applicable for orders placed on our US website).

Your shipping address determines which website you need to order from. Example: If your shipping destination is in the US you need to place your order on our US website.

To make sure that you are on the correct website, please choose your flag/shipping country in the country selector in the main menu.

For all countries within the European Union, the VAT is included in the price.

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duty and fees, which are levied once your package reaches your country (not applicable for orders placed on our US website). Please contact your local customs office to get an understanding of what the charges will be.

For countries outside of the European Union (excluding the US):

If you refuse a high value package, the package will be returned to us. We will then charge you 75 AUD / 55 CHF / 50 GBP / 6800 JPY / 65000 KRW / 500 NOK / 50 USD in shipping/handling, return, and administrative fees, which will be deducted from your refund.

For countries outside of the European Union (excluding orders placed on our US website):

If you refuse a high value package, the package will be returned to us. We will then charge you 75 AUD / 6800 JPY / 65000 KRW / 500 NOK / 50 USD in shipping/handling, return, and administrative fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
